Oddly enough, Brent and I had never been skiing/snowboarding together. We figured it was about time since we both enjoyed it during high school and college! We had a blast. Brent is again obsessed and has demanded a yearly trip. I'd forgotten how beautiful Colorado is!!!
We stayed in Winter Park Village, which was incredible. Everything was just across the street from the condo we rented; the slopes, restaurants, shops. The village was really cute. We took the shuttle to the downtown area our last day and saw a little more of the area.

| We had to continually map out where we would split and join back up (since he was snowboarding, and I was skiing). I also found myself to be MUCH more cautious than when I was young. So I left the more adventurous routes to Brent this time. |

| There he is! I was shocked (although I don't know why) how natural Brent was after so much time had passed. |

| We ate dinner at The Lodge at Sunspot during our last night. It was AMAZING! The views are incredible, as it sits on top of the mountain. You have to take the ski lift to get there. The food was excellent as well. It was a romantic ending to a wonderful trip. I do love getting away with my man. He's the easiest travel partner ever, and we always have a blast (even if we're sitting at home on the couch). |
